Unbound Commerce is pleased announce they have been selected by marketing platform Yotpo as one of the best tools to grow sales for merchants using BigCommerce for ecommerce. After a selection process, the list was announced May 11 and serves as a reference point for BigCommerce retailers looking to boost sales via extensions offered in the BigCommerce extension marketplace.

With an eye on selecting extensions that impact a retailer’s ecommerce sales, Yotpo identified a cross section of top-tier solution providers for BigCommerce merchants and then, from these, selected just 21 for their final list. Unbound Commerce was the only mobile app solution provider to be selected.
“We’ve curated the best of the best BigCommerce apps, based on their ease of use, functionality, and unique features. This list is a mix of Certified, Premier, and Elite BigCommerce partners, but the apps all share one thing in common — they all contribute to BigCommerce’s mission to help brands build, innovate, and most importantly, grow”, wrote Yotpo.

According to Google, mobile web conversion rates are still lagging – coming in at around 1.5% in 2021, as compared to almost 3% for desktop traffic. Apps, on the other hand convert sales 157% better than the mobile web, according to a report from Button, and loyal customers spend up to 7X more time on a retail app than they will on a mobile website.
“We are pleased to have been selected, especially since the primary criterion was increasing sales”, said Wilson Kerr, Unbound’s VP of Business Development & Sales. “A mobile app is increasingly seen as table stakes in the ecommerce game and our goal is to make the process of offering a custom iOS and Android app easy”, he added.
